Dec 20 Carols by Candlelight -Lantern workshop
Join a workshop to create your own festive glass jar lanterns. We will use them to light up the outdoor carol concert performed by Otterbourne Brass Band.
This price includes the lantern workshop and entry to the concert for one person. Additional concert tickets may be purchased separately.
The cafe will be open for snacks and drinks.

Join in with your favourite Christmas carols played by Otterbourne Brass Band. This concert will be outdoors so come suitably dressed for the weather
Bring your own lantern or you can book onto the lantern workshop, which includes the concert ticket, separately

New Years Day Walk & Brunch
Join us for a brisk 3km walk to blow the cobwebs away followed by brunch in the cafe. The price includes a hot drink of choice and a sausage, bacon or vegan sausage bap. The walk will include walking up to the highest point in the park, ground conditions will be muddy. Suitable for 12+ years
Willow Wreaths for children
A creative workshop for children aged 6-12 years to make a festive wreath from willow, green foliage and fun accessories. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Woodland Stories- Winter
An outdoor session for 3-5 year olds and their parent/carer. Seasonal activities followed by a story in the woods. Book places for the child only

Willow Wreaths for Adults
A creative workshop to make a festive wreath from willow, green foliage and traditional accessories.
Saturday 3 December
Walk & Talk- Bursledon, Hamble, Hound
Join a circular guided walk of up to 3km. The walks are at a relaxed pace but can follow unsurfaced paths and be quite muddy in places. Walking boots are advisable. Refreshments are provided. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome
Meeting instructions are below:
Bursledon - park at The Fox and Hounds pub, Hungerford, SO31 8DE. This walk is 1.5 km and is of moderate difficulty as it has two slopes with uneven ground. We stop for refreshments half way round with a view of the Hamble river.
Netley- park in the layby of St Mary's church, Hound Road. This route contains some surfaced footpath and then it follows the Hamble Rail Trail and back across fields containing horses. It can get very muddy after rain. The walk is 2 km in distance.
Hamble Common- We meet at The Mercury Library and Hub on High Street in Hamble. Parking is available on Copse Lane. The route is 3 km long, passing through Hamble Common and along the coastal path. Ground conditions are uneven in places. We have refreshments in the Mercury Hub.
Walk and Talk- IVCP
A led group who meet for a walk and talk in the park. The walk is up to 3 km in distance at a relaxed pace. It is mostly on surfaced tracks but sometimes includes walking up a slope and after rain the ground conditions can be slippery. Walking boots are recommended.
A parking permit is provided
Well behaved dogs on leads are permitted
Walk and Talk- Lakeside
A guided walk to meet new people, chat and explore the Country Park followed by refreshments. The walk is a distance of up to 2 km at a relaxed pace.
Parking is free
